Then we repair or epoxy dry-rot, countersink stray nails, scrape and sand peeling paint, and spot-prime bare stucco, wood, or Hardie® siding with Sherwin-Williams Loxon or Multi-Purpose Primer. After masking landscaping and hardscapes, we spray or roll two full coats of Emerald or Duration Exterior in your HOA-approved palette. Elastomeric caulking seals vertical joints for lasting water resistance, and UV-blocking pigments keep colors vivid for years.
