Next, we mask landscaping and hardscapes before applying two full coats of Emerald or Duration Exterior in your HOA-approved color palette. Elastomeric caulking seals vertical joints for long-term water resistance, while UV-blocking pigments keep colors rich for up to a decade. Finally, we perform a detailed walk-through and issue our warranty.
